Lid with self-moistening circuit.
The specially developed lid of this roaster is equipped with prongs and has a curved lid shape. Thanks to the resulting self-moistening circuit, you get a crispy and juicy result, as your food is constantly moistened during the cooking process. This so-called aroma rain preserves the food from drying out, cooks your food gently and enhances the natural taste of the food.
Air circulation system
The air circulation system inside the roaster ensures a homogeneous flow of air in the cast aluminium body, which optimally heats the food and saves energy. The cast aluminium body guarantees a long heat retention and efficient cooking.

This cookware is equipped with the specially developed, high-quality Stoneline coating, which is characterised by optimum non-stick properties with a robust and scratch-resistant surface. The PFOA-free coating with real stone particles allows healthy, fat-free cooking and frying like on natural stone, prevents the burning of cooking and roasting and is easy to clean.

Cook meat and fish free from grease and oil without the food sticking or decomposing. Thanks to the excellent non-stick properties, the food can be easily removed from the cookware. Of course, you can also cook with fat or oil as usual.
