The Korsteel JP bit series has been designed to reduce the nutcracker action commonly seen in simply broken bits. The mouthpieces are curved, which means that the tongue has more space and the bit is better in the mouth. Sweet iron metal encourages the horse to accept the bit and contact by increasing the saliva flow. The metal oxidizes in the mouth, resulting in a sweet taste. This snaffle twirls on the palate, the chin shop and the tongue. Ideal for horses who have difficulty reacting to the reins turning aids.
