Description
Increased brightness for far and near field illumination. Especially when driving on country roads and unpaved paths, a greater visibility can be an important safety factor. The LEDriving® Lightbar FX250-CB GEN 2 provides up to 2,520 lumens for additional near and far field illumination on dark roads. Even in poor visibility or at dusk, the 10 high-performance LEDs achieve a light range of up to 320 metres and daylight conditions with a colour temperature of 6000 Kelvin. The additional headlight impresses with a special reflector design and not only provides a modern and attractive look, but also reduces glare for more visibility in road traffic. It can be used as an additional LED headlight as well as a powerful work light. The light is fully ECE compliant in both variants and therefore suitable for use in road traffic. In addition, Osram has developed a specially developed mounting kit that is compatible with all additional headlights of the FX Gen 2 series for individual installation. Versatile, it defies numerous environmental influences and is particularly light and robust and durable thanks to high-quality materials such as the aluminium housing and the sturdy polycarbonate lens. Complete reverse polarity protection prevents damage caused by overvoltage and contributes to a longer service life. The LEDriving® Lightbar FX250-CB GEN 2 auxiliary headlight has been tested and validated in a DIN-certified environmental simulation laboratory for extreme external influences with regard to water, dust, shock, heat, cold and permanent vibration according to the highest IP & IK protection classes IP6K8 & IP6K9K. Its variability gives the FX Gen 2 series a flexible range of applications. It can be attached to cars, trucks, agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles, construction vehicles, caravans, off-road vehicles and quads.
