Description:

2. Buna N or nitrile has good mechanical properties compared to other elastomers and high wear resistance. Good resistance to many oils, fats, hydraulic fluids, alcohol, mineral oil and fats.
3. This O-ring is made of black nitrile rubber, has a hardness of 50A and is designed for use in a variety of sealing applications.
4. O-rings are commonly used for a pressure and fluid seal between cylindrically shaped, overlapping contact surfaces and are commonly used in engines, taps, flanges, valves and various cylinders.
5. Buna nitrile is susceptible to acetone, ethern, ester, ozone, sunlight and weather influences and should therefore not be used in ozone-forming electric motors, welding equipment or in applications with UV light.
