NBB vacuum brazed (VB) diamond drill bits are professionally made for wet or dry drilling in all types of ceramic, porcelain, tile, granite, marble, sandstone and other hard materials.

Thanks to the VB technology, diamond drills can drill wet or dry on hard porcelain and stone with greater efficiency and longer service life.

NBB VB diamond drill bits with M14 thread connection can be used directly on the angle grinder.

With the NBB VB diamond cutter, you can drill the necessary holes for water inlets, evacuations, light points, etc.

NBB VB diamond drill can dry drill dozens of holes in hard porcelain, much longer service life than galvanized (almost 8 times). When wet, you can drill much more holes.

For diameter 6-16 mm, the total length is approx. 62 mm at 35 mm drilling depth. For a diameter of 18-150 mm, the total length is approx. 65 mm at 40 mm drilling depth.

Recommended speed

Recommended speed from 11,000 to 14,000 RPM.

We always recommend using a high speed to make a beautiful hole. Low RPM causes low drilling efficiency and produce high heat that can damage the diamond and affect the life of the drill.

Used in dry or wet conditions

NBB VB diamond drill bits (diameter 6-16mm) have special cold wax inside to ensure proper dry drilling and stable performance.

NBB VB diamond drill bits (diameter 18-150mm) have a side opening that improves the cooling of the drill and makes it easier to remove solid residue after each drill.

Correct installation method:

In order to achieve a better working experience and longer life of NBR diamond drills, we recommend installing the tools with the right method, which is basic but very important.

Make sure the diamond hole saw NBB VB is firmly screwed into the M14 thread and the flange cannot move.

If there is wax overfilling inside, please screw it in with a wrench, even if the overfilling is pushed out!

INSTALLATION

Make sure that the diamond drill NBB VB is firmly screwed into the M14 thread and the flange cannot move.

If there is crowded wax inside, please use a wrench to screw it in, even if the crowded wax is squeezed and comes out!

FIRST AND SECOND STEP

First step: Create a guide at the site

At the beginning, please approx. 10° - 45° tilt to start drilling. It helps to drill a flat groove that can be used as a guide.

Second step: Drill the hole vertically

After making the flat groove, you can drill the hole vertically. The flat groove can help you prevent the drill bits from slipping when drilling and determine the position.

We recommend that you swing the machine slightly so that the stone flour can be easily removed. It can prevent the powder from getting stuck in the hole and generate high heat. In this way, the life of the diamond drill bit NBB VB is extended.

THIRD STEP

Third step: Drilling and swinging

When drilling holes, always swivel the machine slightly.

To make NBB VB diamond drill last longer, please follow the correct instructions on the method of use.

1. Do not use the hammer mode of the machine.

2. Before drilling again, we must ensure that the drill is installed properly and firmly on the machine without vibration.

3. The drill must be clean and free from obstacles.

4. When drilling, you only need to apply light pressure (the pressure of the machine weight is sufficient in the vertical direction).
