The Delta series casserole with glass lid is made of robust aluminium. It is ideal for preparing healthy and low-fat food, as due to the durable non-stick coating, only a small addition of fat or oil is required when frying. Thanks to the heavy quality design and an energy-saving base, the heat retention is long-lasting. The casserole is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction hobs and oven-safe up to 180 °C (with lid 160 °C). Be sure to use oven gloves or pot holders for the side handles as the handles get hot.
