Filter reducer with pressure gauge MINI 1/4 - RQS
Professional RQS Filter Reducer In pneumatic systems, the following functions are performed:
- Filter – cleaning the air of oil, condensate and solid particles,
- Reduced – setting and maintaining constant output pressure.
The filter module is equipped with a 40 μm filter insert. The condensate is deposited in a screw-on container with manual drain. When the container is full (up to approx. 10 mm below the filter element) remove condensate by opening the drain valve.
The measuring range of the pressure gauge is 0 - 16 bar. The display is in bar with a scale of 0.2 bar. The pressure gauge can be installed in the connection on the filter housing - you can choose from two connections of the pressure gauge: front or rear. The unused connector should be closed with the supplied plug.
The pressure is adjusted with a large, comfortable button at the top of the device. The display has a safety lock against unintentional change of the setting - before setting it should be unlocked by pulling it up.
The filter reducer comes with a rear mounting bracket with screws.
