The replacement filter is designed as a replaceable filter specially for the Aqmos backwash filter 1. By using folded filter material, the application of a special construction and manufacturing method, filter elements are created that not only make a backwash considerably more effective, but also significantly improve economy. The replacement filter is characterised by a user-friendly application.
We recommend that you do a backwash once a month. The filter must also be checked for tightness. Defective components must be replaced by specialists. There is a rotating maintenance ring on the front of the backwash filter. This is set during commissioning and later after each backwash.
If you notice an increasing contamination of the filter element or a decrease in the water pressure in the pipe network, a backwash must be carried out directly.
Commissioning and service
The backwash filter must be checked after installation.
Before rinsing the backwash filter, make sure the drain pipe is connected to the drain, or provide a suitable container to catch the drain water, this should be approx. 10 litres. During rinsing cleaning, turn the lower part (1/2 turns) counterclockwise to effectively clean the filter housing. Depending on the water quality, the backwash filter must be rinsed for at least 1 times a month for 15 seconds. Each component should be cleaned during cleaning. or waiting process. The original spare parts must be used for maintenance.
