The individual colours on the scale give:
Blue: layer thickness 0.0-100 microns - a thin layer of varnish (no priming or re-polished varnish).
Green - The original paint has a thickness of 100 to 200 microns.
Attention: For newer models, a thickness of 180 microns may be a thin layer of the second paint.
Yellow - The layer thickness is 200-300 microns after the paint has been repaired (second coat).
Red - The layer thickness is 300-520 microns - the surface after repairing the metal plate + the second layer of paint.
Black: the layer thickness exceeds 520 - the surface filler and the varnish (the amount of filler is approx. 0.5mm)
