Febi brake discs are manufactured to the highest standards in a grey cast iron melting process from a mixture of new and recycled materials as well as metal composites. The result is a brake disc with high thermal efficiency and optimal damping properties, which prevents vibrations and annoying noise.
Final fine grinding
In order to achieve a reduced "braking time", each disc is provided with a precise cross-ground surface treatment. In addition, a corrosion-resistant grey epoxy resin coating is applied, which guarantees long-lasting performance.
