The SGV-6 Vocal Mic is a shotgun microphone specially designed for vocals, which thanks to its extreme polar pattern suppresses the sound of accompanying instruments or other ambient noise that would cross with conventional microphones, thus isolating the voice. This is achieved by the use of three microphone elements and special signal processing that ensures that only your voice is removed. As a result, vocal processors such as the Zoom V6 and V3 models are able to modulate your voice with unparalleled accuracy. The sensitivity of the microphone is -46 dB/Pa at 1 kHz for each of the three microphone units at a maximum sound pressure level of 140 dB SPL.
