Description

QUALITY IS THE BEST VALUE:

A set of 7 pieces M2 screw drill/countersink/countersink combination units is specially designed for woodworkers.

The high quality M2 piloted tapered drill bits are precision ground on a hand drill and match the shapes of wood screws to allow the screw threads to grip the entire length of the screw.

Since the pilot drill is removable and can be moved up and down in the countersink/countersink protection sleeve, you can adjust the unit for a wide drilling depth to meet multiple screw lengths.

The cutting angle of the 3 countersink cutters is 82 degrees, perfect for popular screw heads.

The countersink has a diameter of 10 mm and a total depth of 12 mm; they are also sharp and hard.

They will meet your needs from flush countersinking to full 12 mm countersinking for dowel buttons or plugs.

Units are available for screw sizes 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16.

Pilot drill size 2 mm for #4 screw.

Pilot drill size 2.5 mm for #6 screw.

Pilot drill size 2.8 mm for #8 screw.

Pilot drill size 3.2 mm for #10 screw.

Pilot drill size 3.5 mm for #12 screw.

Pilot drill size 4 mm for #14 screw.

Pilot drill size 4.8 mm for #16 screw.

For softwood, we recommend using a drill bit that is one size smaller than the screw needs.
