Feature

●1 x starter kit contains a 1 x step drill and 50 birch anchors.
●1 step anchors are 2 1/2 " long and 3 3/4 " in diameter and designed for bearings up to 1 " thick
●Miller dowel uses a patented step drill and dowel. which produce better, stronger connections with less effort and set up
●The stepped ribbed dowel design reduces the amount of glue that is squeezed off when the dowel is driven home, creating a stronger adhesive bond.
●Miller anchors are a suitable alternative to spigots, loose cones, traditional blinds, or through dowels or biscuit joints that require less set-up and specialization. machinery

Description

Voted as one of the hot new tools from the 2002 Show Circuit by Wood Magazine. Miller dowel has peg construction with distinct advantages over standard dowel construction.1. Choose the appropriate milling dowel and the appropriate milling dowel drill for your application. Align the pieces of wood to be joined and secure. (You can even stick and fix all components.) Drill the stepped pilot hole for the dowel. * 2. Read a small amount of glue on the ribbed sections of the dowel and insert it so that it falls down about two-thirds of its length. (It will self-center and align with the second plate even if you havent pre-glued or clamped the components.)3. Tap the dowel until it is fully inserted.4. Cut off any raised part.
