Feature(may vary by option.)

●Die erhte H。e of the carbide all technology and the optimall technology Tooth geometry helps our hole to provide faster cutting speed and more accurate than standard holes, from wood and plastics to aluminium, steel, cast iron and stainless steel.
●Premium quality: the surface layer made of bi-metals is usually more than an alloy materials, as it is made of M42 alloy material, which is a high quality (65 x 65 x 40 cm). 66HRC) to ensure that the surface layer is durable and rustproof. The bi-metallic cutters are layered with high-speed steel,
●Variety of sizes: The other advantage of our products is the ability to cut the hole size, a larger variation of the hole size. There is a wide range of diameters from 70 mm to 160 mm, which can be cut with ease, compared to a twist drill or spade drill that tries to perform the same task.
●International products have separate terms, are sold from abroad and may differ from local products, including fit, age ratings, and language of product, labeling or instructions.

Description

What are the hole saws used for?
They are used to cut perfectly round holes in a variety of materials. Widely used in panel holes, household wood, galvanized pipes, fire hose, plastic, plasterboard and other opening operations.

Drill required.
A hole saw is designed to be attached to a drill (including pistol drill, bench drill, vertical drill) and rotated at high speed. As the saw rotates, the teeth cut into the chosen material and remove a circular piece (snails) as it saws through.

Advantages and benefits:
Bi-metal + high-speed steel (HSS). Extremely fast sawing with minimal effort.
High concentric and side hook precision.
You can cut holes with much larger diameters than conventional drills.
Since they only cut out the perimeter line of the hole, they are much more efficient than a spade drill or twist drill.

Common Applications
Steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper, bronze, aluminium, wood and plastic.

Instructions:
Pre-drill with light contact pressure. Continue drilling with minimal, even pressure; avoid oscillating while drilling.
Follow the speed guidelines and use coolant.
Allow the hole saw to "ventilate" when used with wood and wood alternatives.
The saw arrives completely before peeling off your material.

* Note:
Due to manual measurement and production batches are not the same, size, weight, color, there may be deviation (within 3%).
