Some tips for handling the M14 Premium diamond core bit
The recommended speed for the tile drill is about 11,000 revolutions per minute (note: <11,000 rpm can shorten the service life). After the drilling process, the diamond tool should be cooled in water. This also increases durability. A slight wobble movement and only moderate pressure is good for the life of the dry drill bit. If the tile drill is placed at an angle, it can be easily worked without a drilling aid.

Step 1:Make sure that the diamond drill XIIW is firmly screwed into the M14 thread and the flange cannot move. If there is overstuffed wax inside, please use a wrench to screw it in, even if the overstuffed wax is squeezed and comes out! |
Step 2:At the beginning, please tilt approx. 45° to start drilling. It helps drill a flat groove that can be used as a guide. After you have made the flat groove, you can drill the hole vertically. |
Step 3:Place the drill in an upright position, when drilling holes, always swivel the machine slightly 15°-30° Note: Do not use the hammer mode of the machine. |
