2. It cant tell its glass or plastic, so how can I identify it?
You can try to light the screen protector with a lighter. After the surface plastic layer is burned, you will see that the shape of the tempered glass does not change after burning. (Plastic will deform at less than 300 degrees Celsius. Glass is only softened at 600 degrees Celsius)
