[Gigabit PoE+ Splitter]
Offer IT experts the benefits of Power over Ethernet (PoE) even if other devices on the network do not support this.
The DPE-301GS receives PoE power via a network cable from a PoE switch or Midspan injector, splitting the Ethernet and DC into two separate cables. One cable delivers the DC and the other cable delivers the Ethernet signal. Users can choose between 5VDC, 9VDC and 12VDC current for their device with a selectable DIP switch on the device.

Supports gigabit speedsThe DPE-301GS is connected via the RJ-45 interface at 10Mbps, 100Mbps, or 1000Mbps. This device also supports IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at PoE/PoE+ standards, ensuring interoperability with other standard-based PoE and PoE+ devices. |
DPE-301GS PoE SplitterThe DPE-301GS PoE splitter is typically located near the device. It has two 10/100/1000 RJ-45 ports. One port is for PoE IN, which is the network connection and is usually connected to a remote PoE switch or injector. The other port is for LAN OUT, which is the connector that delivers the Ethernet signal to the device. The DPE-301GS also has a 5.5mm DC OUT connector. Two adapter cables are included; everyone can be connected to this connector, depending on whether the device requires a 5.5 mm or 3.8 mm interface. |
PoE injector and PoE splitter tandemBoth the DPE-301GI (injector) and the DPE-301GS (splitter) can be used together as a complete PoE transport system. This is especially useful when no PoE switch is available and the device is not PoE capable, but the network administrator still prefers the benefits of PoE. Simply install the injector near the network switch, the splitter near the terminal device and plug in the cables. |

With the DPE-301GS, IT experts can mount their PoE devices virtually anywhere in a building, e.g. on ceilings or near entrances, and eliminates the need for sockets and connected power supplies nearby.
The DPE-301GS PoE splitter is used with terminal devices such as wireless access points, IP cameras and VoIP phones that do not support PoE natively but instead require a DC power supply of 5V, 9V or 12V.
