Features:
1. They are round in cross section. For use in a wide temperature range from -4°F (-20°C) to 212°F (100°C).
2. Nitrile rubber has good mechanical properties and high wear resistance compared to other elastomers. Good resistance to many mineral oils, greases, hydraulic fluids, mineral oils and greases.
3. O-rings generally provide a pressure and fluid seal between cylindrically shaped, overlapping fitting surfaces and are commonly used in engines, flanges, valves and various cylinders.
4. Nitrile rubber is susceptible to acetone, ether, esters, ozone, sunlight and weather and should therefore not be used in ozone-generating electric motors, welding equipment or in applications with UV exposure.
