Insert Nut Features:
These threaded inserts are inserted by screwing into a pre-drilled hole, in which case the outer protrusions bite into the wood and prevent the nut from either turning or pulling out.

How to use: pre-drill/drill a hole of the appropriate size and enter it with an Allen tool screw.
PS:1 The hole depth is 1-2mm longer than furniture screws.
