Feature

●The variable speed drill drills through metal, wood, plastic and more and has the ability to drill up to 1/2-inch holes through durable, 1-inch thick cast iron.
●With the mechanical speed control, you can adjust the exact speed (from 530 to 3100) for your by simply turning a lever, while the digital LED indicator shows the current speed.
●The powerful induction motor features ball bearings for longer life and balanced performance.
●The 1/2-inch chuck with JT33 spindle cone gives you versatility with a variety of bits and features built-in tension wrench storage for easy organization.
●The 8 x 7.5 inch cast iron work table is tilted left and right by 45° for difficult work. The centre points of the drill save guesswork and protect expensive materials.

Description

Bench drills are mainly used for drilling, reaming, tapping and surface scraping of small and medium-sized parts. They are used in processing workshops and repair workshops. Compared to similar machine tools at home and abroad, they have low performance, high rigidity and high precision. Good rigidity, easy operation and easy maintenance.

The components of a bench drill (short bench drill) are as follows.
(1) The front end of the spindle frame is the spindle and the rear end is the motor. Spindle and motor are driven via V-belt;
(2) The lower end of the spindle has a tapered hole for installing a drill or chuck. The spindle speed can be adjusted by changing the position of the V-belt on the pulley. The feed of the bench drill spindle is manual.
Column The column is used to support the spindle frame and the workbench and at the same time serves as a guide column for adjusting the height of the spindle frame and the workbench.
(4) The part of the workbench that clamps the workpiece;
(5) Machine base. The machine base is used to support other parts of the bench drill;
Also look at the locking handle, locking screws and positioning rings to fix and position the spindle frame.
The drilling diameter of the bench drill is generally less than 13 mm, and the minimum hole can be machined less than 1 mm. Due to the smaller hole diameter to be machined, the spindle speed of the bench drill is generally higher, with the maximum speed being about 10,000 rpm. Bench drills are small, flexible and easy to use. They are mainly used for processing various small holes in small parts. They are most often used in the
