Feature

●Durable This collet set is made of high quality spring steel, which is stable, high strength, heat resistant, corrosion resistant, rust resistant and reusable by hardening and quenching. Due to precision manufacturing, it has high machining accuracy and concentricity and can be ground to 0.0008 inch flatness.
●Good clamping effect: with more teeth to improve the flexibility of collet and spring steel material, this collet set has great elasticity and firm clamping with a range of 0.16-1.02 inches.
●Thoughtful Design The built in self-release design of these collet chucks allows for quick and smooth removal to shorten replacement time and make your work more efficient. The chuck head and collet bevel ensure easy clamping without much effort.
●Equipped with Storage Box:The wooden storage box with sponge insert allows easy storage of this collet chucks and provides excellent protection for them.
●Usage Due to the spring steel material with smooth surface, you can wipe the dirt off this collet set with a damp cloth. It is suitable for all kinds of CNC and engraving machines and is ideal for milling, drilling, tapping and so on.

Notes:
1. Please make sure that the model and size meet your requirements before purchasing.
2. When working with this product, please pay attention to your safety.
3. Incorrect installation may affect the accuracy of the spring collet and damage the nut. Please use the matching spring collet to mount the nut. Do not stretch the tools beyond the clamping range.
4) Insert the tool as far as possible into the clamping length of the spring pliers for better results. The insertion length of the tool must not be less than 2/3 of the clamping length of the spring collets. Incorrect insertion of the tool can deform the collet and lead to poor radial jump error and tool breakage.
