Feature:

➤ The elastic band must be stretched. After receiving the goods, put it in hot water and heat to distribute it evenly. Then hang them firmly on the wheel without adding glue.

➤ To ensure that the non-slip rubber ring can be firmly combined with the outer edge of the wheel, and to avoid slipping when sawing and insufficient cutting force due to the loose rubber ring, the circumference of all anti-slip rubber rings must be smaller than the circumference of the band saw wheel.

Installation method:

1. Remove the original damaged rubber ring. If there are rubber ring residue on the outer edge of the wheel, please clean the residue first.

2. Soak the new non-slip rubber ring in warm water for 3-5 minutes and install it after the rubber ring is soft.

3. When installing, start from the side of the wheel, press the end of the rubber ring firmly into the groove on the outer edge of the wheel, and then use a slotted screwdriver to slowly pry the rubber ring into the groove on the outer edge of the wheel. Do not apply too much force. It is so violent that the rubber ring is damaged.

4. If necessary, you can place a few drops of glue along the grooves on the edge of the wheel to ensure safer installation.
