Feature(may vary by option.)

●The rougher or lower grit like 60 grit can be used for sanding planing and measuring. The medium grits such as 80, 100 and 120 are usually suitable for lighter sizing projects and general surface preparation. When using 150 grits and 220 grits, we recommend using these higher grits for finishing only.
●Straight lining How about catching your stick through the drum. Angling the bearing offers many benefits such as less strain from glue lines, better and more uniform wear and reduced engine loads. Only a slight angle offers you more effective removal of layers. Keep in mind that the last two passes on the material should always be with the grain to achieve the best finish.
●When sanding misshaped pieces, you should always start grinding the piece with the crown up. This prevents tipping or rocking when the piece is passed through the grinder. Once the down is gone, flip the stick over and grind the other side. As always, be extreme care and caution when sanding boards that are bent, twisted or otherwise imperfect.
