* 8 inch: Use for band saw discs with a diameter of 205mm, recommended band saw blade length is 1425mm.
* 9 inch: Use for band saw discs with a diameter of 230mm, advice band saw blade length is 1570mm.
* 10 inch: Use for band saw discs with a diameter of 250mm, the length of band saw blade is 1826mm.
* 12 inch: Use for band saw blades diameter 315/317mm, band saw blade length 2240mm.
* 14 inch: Use for band saw blades diameter 350mm, band saw blade length 2560mm.
* To ensure that the non-slip rubber ring can be firmly combined with the outer edge of the wheel and avoid slipping and insufficient cutting force caused by loose rubber ring, the circumference of all anti-slip rubber rings must be smaller than the circumference of the band saw wheel.
Installation method:
1. Remove the original damaged rubber ring. If there are rubber ring residue on the outer edge of the wheel, please clean the residue first.
2. Soak the new non-slip rubber ring in warm water for 3-5 minutes and install it after the rubber ring is soft.
3. When installing from one side of the wheel, press one end of the rubber ring firmly into the groove on the outer edge of the wheel, and then use a slotted screwdriver to slowly pry the rubber ring into the groove on the outer edge of the wheel. Do not apply too much force. It is so violent that the rubber ring is damaged.
4. If necessary, you can place a few drops of glue along the grooves on the edge of the wheel to ensure safer installation.
