This tool is used for core drilling with 25 mm cutting depth. For low-wear work even under heavy use, the core drill with a bare surface is made of HSS Co5 steel. The drill with a Weldon shaft diameter of 19 mm, 2 driving surfaces and RotaQuick® countersink for a quick tool change works as quickly as it is precise: when core drilling, only a thin ring is cut and the drill core is ejected by spring force via a guide and ejection pin. To keep the risk of breakage minimal, the core drill leads the chip material directly upwards. Thanks to this combination, even larger diameters take relatively little force when drilling the core.
