The new VariMill II ER is the first WIDIA off-the-shelf end mill with SAFE-LOCK from HAIMER, which provides excellent stability, eliminating end milling pull and increasing concentric tool tension. Although designed primarily for roughing and finishing applications in the aerospace industry, VariMill II ER can be used as a solution for all titanium or stainless steel applications and is able to slit, ramp and collapse.
