Description

The Crystal 600 flux system has been specially developed for soldering tasks in the field of manual soldering. Thanks to its properties, this soldering wire is of course also suitable for use in soldering robots. Although weak and halogen-free activated, this solder wire ensures fast and safe wetting on most surfaces as used in modern electronics manufacturing. All low oxidised, easily solderable metal surfaces such as copper, brass or even tin-plated surfaces are suitable for safe solder joints. The crystal 600 solder wire leaves low, transparent and electrically highly safe residue on the solder joint. as Wire Flux Crystal 600 is a halogen and rosin-free flux and is based on a synthetic resin matrix. Therefore, this wire can be classified as REL0 according to the J-STD-004. Due to the high thermal stability, the crystal 600 flux is very suitable for use with all lead-free alloys. The resin system in this flux has been designed to bond fairly small amounts of transparent residues with the highest electrical safety. In order to take advantage of all the advantages of the Stannol product range, we provide the crystal 600 in the alloys Flowtin and SN100C, which are made exclusively with Fairtin.
