[33cm]
[50cm]
Product information:
Specifications: diameter 2.0mm, each 33/50cm long
Instructions:
Step 1: Polishing the surface by physical cleaning.
Step 2: Heat the surface of the base metal until the temperature reaches the working temperature of the welding wire of 450 °C or more, so that the weld can be formed by the thermal welding wire of the base metal and the flame welding. Wire should not be used and only at sufficient surface temperature. The wire can flow and penetrate well.
Step 3:When repairing relatively thin aluminum, simply heat the aluminum to a suitable working temperature and then rub back and forth with a wire and metal brush to form a weld.
Please note:
1. The surface must be cleaned.
2. The temperature of the base metal should be kept at 450°C during the welding process and the temperature must not be lower.
3. Avoid the use of flames to intentionally burn the wire after the temperature has reached 450 °C, the wire naturally depends on the thermal conductivity of the base material.
