Feature

●Solder with flux set: Solder wire with rosin core is made of high-quality tin wire with low corrosive melting point and high welding speed, which significantly reduces the welding time and thermal effects of welding on the components. It has good weldability, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity.
●Low melting point: the melting point of solder with flux is 227 °C. Flexible thin wire, perfect for home welders. With a solder wire spool, soldering is done quickly.
●Lead-free solder wire: lead-free solder is very easy and convenient to use compared to solder with flux lead-free, but it is very harmful to health and environment. Our wire solder, from the source to solve the health problem.
●Safety and environmental protection: lead-free solder with rosin core has less smoke and less rosin splashes. Best of all, the solder has good activity, high insulation resistance, good wetting and expansion capacity. Good ability to remove oxide films and protect the shine of solder joints.
●Wide application: solder lead free with rosin is often used in electrical DIY work, home decorations, repairing wires, cables, TVs, radios, toys, headphones, electric guitars, XLR microphones, laptops, circuit boards, motherboards and other electronic devices.

Description

Features:
Soldering wire is usually made of high purity tin alloy, which ensures the quality and effect of welding.
This wire has a low melting point 227°C, smooth flow, fast soldering speed and strong solder joints.
Good electrical and thermal conductivity, easy welding, fast welding speed, good flow, even distribution.
The core part of this soldering wire is made of rosin as an adhesive, which makes it better adheres to the metal surface during the soldering process.
Diameter: 0.8 mm.
Weight: 50 g.
Composition: Sn (tin) 99.3%, and Cu (copper) 0.7%.
Package Content:
2 x 0.8 mm 50 g solder wire.
How to solder:
1. Prepare soldering wire and electronic soldering iron.
2. Contact the soldering iron with soldering point.
3. Place the soldering wire on the soldering point when the weld is heated to the temperature that the solder can melt.
4. When a certain amount of solder has melted, remove the solder wire.
5. Remove the electronic soldering iron at an angle of about 45° when the solder point has been completely wetted with solder.
