Product set consisting of a cadmium-free high-silver, manganese and nickel alloyed silver solder foil with 49% silver content and a soldering temperature of 690 °C, and a matching boric acid-free flux paste.

Features and use:
The 49% cadmium-free, silver solder foil is alloyed with manganese and nickel and has particularly good wetting properties on steel and carbide. The soldering foil is suitable for soldering carbide and diamond materials as well as tungsten, tantalum and molybdenum materials. The solder foil has also proven itself for soldering band saw blades.

Working Temperature: 690°C

Melting range: 680-705°C

Shear strength: 250 - 300 N/mm² (depending on the co-content of the carbide).

Electric Conductivity: 4 sm/mm

Optimal soldering gap: 0.10 - 0.20 mm
