Description
The bands are often used for rhythmic sports gymnastics as well as in schools, nurseries or even at home. You know them under the names: Exercise bands, dance band, swing band or gym band.

The rod
The exercise band has a highly elastic conical fibreglass rod and is equipped with an integrated swivel at the top.

The band
The material of the swing band is soft and flexible.
The smooth and shiny surface makes it easy to move the band beautifully. The likelihood of tangling is minimised and it also looks elegant while swinging.

Versatile use
The Sport-Tec exercise band can be used in many different areas.
The bands are often used for gymnastic but also for dancing elements. From exercise education, dance groups to senior sports, the dance band is very popular.
The gym is especially suitable for children to promote and strengthen their rhythmic and motor skills. With the exercise band, you can paint colourful spirals, circles or figures in the air and learn to perform flowing movements.
In addition to private use, the gymnastics band is also known from gymnastics and dance cures. There it is often used together with music to perform elegant choreographies.
