Description

GERMANUS Humidor Humidifier XL

GERMANUS humidor humidifier in practical cuboid design in premium quality, with multilingual instructions with magnetic holder.

Colour: black.

I recommend one humidifier for approx. 50 cigar humidor volume. The humidifier comes with multilingual instructions (English language not guaranteed). Dimensions: approx. 17.00 cm long x 6.50 x 2.00 cm.

Note on crystal quantity: our GERMANUS crystals swell by several hundred large factors. So only a smaller amount of crystals is included than some new users might imagine at first glance: more humidifier crystals would pop off the lid or swell through the grid. So limiting the quantity is a necessity.

Note on watering the humidifier: The humidifier comes with multilingual instructions (English language not guaranteed). The use is almost self-explanatory, but some users initially ask questions. If the humidifier does not absorb liquid, there is no malfunction, but usually a user error, which is easy to explain and avoid. If a humidor fails to reach the desired values, this explanatory approach is also a possible solution.

Simply place it in distilled water for a few minutes. 15 minutes should be enough. Alternatively, you can use a syringe to release water at the slots. Due to the osmotic forces, it is possible that the water does not otherwise get inside due to the internal pressure.
Physically behind it is the same phenomenon that makes the function of a diving bell possible. The vacuum cannot escape due to the back pressure of the water. Depending on the density of the liquid, this can occur more or less frequently in humidifier boxes. Once moistened, this should no longer be a problem.
