The Philips Slow Juicer gently gets the most out of your ingredients. Whether fruit, vegetables or even soaked nuts such as almonds. Thanks to the unique technology, the juicer extracts up to 80% of nutrients from the ingredients. The juice is slowly pressed via a snail. This means less air enters the juicing process and more nutrients are retained in the juice.
Oxygen-sensitive vitamins, such as vitamin C, vitamin B and vitamin K as well as polyphenols are retained. The latter are responsible for the taste, colour and smell of the ingredients and ensure a more intense and completely natural enjoyment. The Philips Slow Juicer also allows improved absorption of provitamin A (carotenoids), which are decomposed by the snail press at a micro-level and thus are made more accessible to the body.
