- How to cook rice with this Donabe clay pot rice cooker
1. Wash the rice, put it in the clay pot, add water into the line, or add 200ml to 220ml water for 2 cups and 383ml to 422ml water for 3 cups and soak in water for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat with medium flame until steam comes out of the hole on the lid.
3. Then turn the flame very low and hold it with very low flame for approx. 6 min. For 2 cups and approx. 8 minutes. For 3 cups.
4. Turn off the flame and wait 20 to 30 minutes.
