Recipe idea: Pepper ice cream

For 2-3 people

Put the oil, onions and garlic into the pot of the rice cooker. Stir once and close the lid. Select the milk rice program and set the time to 10 minutes. Start the program. When the program is finished, open the lid. Add and lift all ingredients – except the vegetable broth. Close the lid and set the milk rice program, run time 10 minutes. Start the program. Once the program has expired, fill the vegetable broth and stir. Now close the lid and select rice. After the end of the program, stir once and possibly season with salt and pepper.

Tip: As rice draws very much (swelling), you can pour it with some vegetable broth or tomatoes when warming up and stir it so that the rice does not burn.

  • 1 garlic clove, finely diced
  • 200 g long grain rice
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp pepper powder
  • 400 ml vegetable broth
  • Pepper, salt for tasting

Recipe idea: Bulgarian lettuce

For approx. 4 people

First, place the bulgur into the pot of the rice cooker, pour with water and stir two teaspoons of olive oil. Then close the lid and start the milk rice program with a time setting of 25 minutes. Once the program is finished, open the lid. Then place the cooked bulgur in a large bowl and loosen with a fork. SteSteSteWarm Warm ), add the remaining ingredients (except oil), stir and season with salt and maple syrup. Taste again shortly before serving and then lift the olive oil.

Tip: Pour the oil to the salad only at the end. Since you cook legumes and cereals without salt, the oil would seal the surface and the spices cannot develop well.
