How to use the knife sharpener:

1. Turn the angle knob to adjust the sharpening angle.

2. Place the sharpener on a flat work surface; hold the handle of the sharpener and the tool firmly into the sharpening slot.

3. Choose the coarse or fine sharpening function depending on the damage of the blade.

4. Hold the blade horizontally and vertically and sharpen it 5-10 times along the curvature of the blade with even force.

  • IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • Please do not use knife sharpener to sharpen serrated blades.
  • To avoid damage to the knife, please sharpen the knife with the correct intensity and do not sharpen the knife too often.
  • Please do not put the knife sharpener in the dishwasher and do not immerse it in water.
