Directions
1. Reach over the head and gently pull the outer ear up and back to straighten the ear canal.
2. Slide the plug into the ear to form an airtight seal. Be careful not to press the plug too far, so you cannot easily grip it with your thumb and index finger.
3. To remove, grab the earplug with thumb and index finger and slowly remove with a twist to gradually break the seal.
Directions
