Naomi Ito is the artist and designer behindpopular fabric brand Nani Iro. Inspired by elements in nature, she createsbreathtaking watercolor paintings that incorporate brilliant colors, shades oflight and water, and poetic movement. Naomi’s innovative painterly approach totextile design has been praised as “art on fabric.” Naomi has exhibited herwork in Tokyo, Osaka, and Paris and her work has been featured in books,advertising campaigns, interior design products, and fashion accessories. Shehosts workshops on watercolor painting and is the author of The Nani Iro SewingStudio. She lives in Iga City, Japan.
