Yoaxia bamboo basket set for steaming rice / adhesive rice [ diameter 13 cm ] / rice basket Thai bamboo basket for steaming rice with this bamboo basket set you can cook traditionally rice / sticky rice cream. Thanks to the gentle steaming, the rice can develop its full aroma and important nutrients are preserved. Usage: fill a pot with water up to 3 cm in height and put the bottom smaller part of the bamboo basket with the bottom set in the pot. Note: wash the rice as usual and then soak the rice in water to reduce the weight. Now fill the basket with the raw rice and put the larger basket over the little ones. With low heat, let the water boil slowly in the pot. The rising water vapour gently cooks the rice in the basket. The Gardauer depends on the places used, please note the packaging instructions.
