Note:
Never take out the pizza stone after baking pizza as long as it is hot. It may break due to sudden temperature fluctuations. Wait for it to cool completely before removing the stone for cleaning.
Do not cut the pizza on the surface of the pizza stone to avoid scratching the stone.
