Professional pizza oven with a baking chamber and timer.

In the spacious RCPO-2000-60-1 pizza oven, you can conjure up a pizza with a diameter of up to 60 cm or two smaller pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm in the baking chamber.

When baking pizza, the right temperature is important, so you can determine the top and bottom heat up to 350 °C separately in the chamber with rotary controls. This allows you to achieve a crispy, thin dough and at the same time a juicy pad on which the mozzarella gently melts on the stone oven plate made of Cordierite. The chamber can hold a pizza with a diameter of 60 cm, or you can make several mini pizzas.

Thanks to a heating element for the top heat as well as for the bottom heat with a total of 3000 W, the desired temperature in the baking chamber is quickly reached and kept safe. With the help of a timer, you can set the desired baking time from 0 to 120 minutes precisely. The cordierite base ensures optimal heat distribution on the pizza dough and guarantees the distinctive taste of a stone oven pizza. The chamber offers enough space to place the pizza in the oven and can be easily removed with a pizza shovel. Thanks to the stylish glass window and interior lighting, you always have your pizza in view.
