When sous vide cooking, temperature and cooking time are precisely controlled, so that overcooking is hardly possible. Thanks to the bags used, no liquid can escape, especially meat cooks in its own juice and hardly loses weight. The food prepared in this way retains its full aroma.
The device is suitable for pots and heat-resistant containers with a maximum capacity of 15 litres of water. A suitable pot is filled with lukewarm water and the Sous Vide Stick is attached to the pot wall with the fixing clip.
After the desired temperature and cooking time settings have been made, simply press the start button. The device starts to circulate and heat the water. When the water has reached the temperature you set, put the vacuumed food into the pot.
Thanks to the built-in circulation pump, the temperature of the water can be kept constant at the input value in the range of 40-90 degrees. Your vacuumed food is guaranteed to be optimally cooked.
