Use: - Please prepare the flat plate, steam tray and spoon first.
- Place the steamed tofu box on no less than a flat plate, then place the steamed tofu box back on the shelf and place the tofu cloth diagonally on the lid so that it attaches to the inner wall and bottom of the lid.
- The spoon in the cottage tofu cloth inside (a way to improve the toughness of the tofus: you can beat the curd into pieces before adding pressure water and then add pressure after 2-3 minutes).
- Tighten the diagonal lines of the cloth.
- Cover the tofu with half the box of water and press on the wrapped tofu.
- Drain the water in the tofu box, open the tofu and snap the tofu back into the box.
- Turn to the right and then lift the tofu lid to remove the tofu cloth.
