Description

Achappam (Kerala style rosette cookies) is a traditional South Indian snack. Traditional handmade brass achappam shape with wooden handle. Achappam looks very similar to Scandinavian rosette cookies. Achappam is made from a brass mould that is available in different designs but looks very similar to a flower drawn by children. Please note that only three quarters of the achu is immersed in the dough.
