Ayurveda recommends a simple, practical and effective way to drink water in the most holistic way - drinking water from a copper vessel. To make copper water, pour water into the copper vessel and leave it overnight. When water is stored in the copper bottle for a certain period of time, the resulting water is charged with the health-promoting properties of copper. Drink it as soon as you get up in the morning. You can also use your copper vessel to drink water from it at any time. It is recommended to drink the water at room temperature. The copper vessel should not be stored in the refrigerator. Copper naturally darkens over time. The copper cup must be cleaned from time to time. Use lemon juice or tamarind to grate the utensils. Leave on for a few minutes and wash with water.
