SDV Chemie Diesel particulate filter Cleaner cleans the particulate filter easily and thoroughly on diesel vehicles. The capacity is restored and performance loss of the engine due to soot or dirt in the filter is reduced. Especially for short distance rides, the diesel particulate filter does not always get hot enough to burn the soot particles accumulated there. Thus, the filter tends to get dirty. Regular cleaning with the SDV diesel particulate filter cleaner reduces consumption and increases the performance of the engine. The special cleaner evaporates without leaving any residue and is non-flammable.

Craftsmanship:
Shake SDV diesel particulate filter cleaner intensively before use. Do not warm the engine and turn off. Remove the pressure and temperature sensor on the exhaust. Spray the contents of the can through the opening of the sensor in the direction of the diesel particulate filter using the enclosed probe. Replace the sensor. After a ride of approx. 20-30 minutes at a speed of approx. 80-120 km/h and medium speeds, the filter is usually cleaned and the power drop should be resolved. Please note: If the vehicle no longer starts due to the clogged diesel particulate filter, cleaning must not be carried out (risk of margin! ).
