Southwest Airlines Co is a major US airline, the worlds largest low-cost provider based in Dallas, Texas. The airline was founded in 1967 by Herb Kelleher and took over its current name (Southwest Airlines) in 1971.
Southwest Airlines has only used Boeing 737s except for several years in the 70s and 1980s when it borrowed some Boeing 727s from Braniff. Since January 2016, Southwest has been the largest operator of the Boeing 737 worldwide, with over 700 in service, with an average of six flights per day.

This Boeing 737-700 is a high-flying depiction of the state flag of Missouri depicting the great seal of Missouri. The seal features two grizzly bears embracing the motto "United We Stand". The engine trims include the central elements of the shield, including a crescent moon, a grizzly bear, and an eagle from the United States coat of arms.
