Cardone s extensive experience in testing and developing CV drive axles is the basis for our proprietary method of developing a product that uses O.E. meets and even exceeds. Performance We explored the reasons why original resumes typically fail and developed new solutions to avoid repeat errors. For example, our neoprene boots are designed with additional bellows to resist bellows stress and ozone cracks when needed - the leading cause of boot failure. High quality grease withstands high temperature and torque demands, ensuring long-lasting, reliable performance. The notch gearing is precisely rolled to ensure proper fit of the CV drive axle into the mating hub and gearbox, eliminating installation issues. The diameter of the gasket is precision machined after heat treatment to ensure proper surface finish and promote long seal life. In addition, all CV Drive axle shafts are individually checked for straightness, resulting in vibration-free performance at all speeds.
