The twine yarn we use is twisted at least two normal yarns together. As a result, we achieve a higher and more uniform strength, which results in better abrasion resistance of the thread.

The gas flame removes the finest hairs on the surface of the yarn, creating an even smoother and finer fabric that is reflected in the finished sheet as well as the pilling effect.
