The Koleston Perfect Me+ Vibrant Reds are mixed with the Welloxon Perfect oxidation cream in a ratio of 1: 1 before use. The hydrogen content of the developer can be selected between six, nine and twelve percent. Immediately after stirring, the mixture is applied evenly to dry hair. The exposure time depends on the desired colour result as well as the strength of the oxidation cream. If you want to intensify or correct the colour of the Vibrant Reds, they can be perfectly matched to your preferences with the Perfect Me+ Special Mix.
